Welcome to ISF! 歡迎蒞臨弘立！

To safeguard your own safety and the well-being of our school members, we request all visitors to complete the registration process at the reception area before or upon arrival. Visitor ID Pass issued by the security guard must be clearly displayed throughout your stay. All visitors must adhere to the code of conduct on The ISF Child Safeguarding and Protection Policy and Procedures. Should you have any concerns regarding the health, safety and well-being of the students, please report to a member of the school team immediately.

為保障閣下的安全及本校成員的福祉，我們要求所有訪客在抵達校園時或之前於接待處登記其個人資料。在逗留本校期間，你必須掛上並清晰展示由保安員提供的訪客通行證。所有訪客都必須遵守《弘立兒童安全與保護政策及程序》的行為守則，如閣下在到訪期間對學生的健康、安全和福祉有任何疑慮，請立即向學校團隊成員提出。

B) Policy on Participation in ISF Events 參加弘立活動的一般政策

I affirm that I have read and understand the Policy on Participation in ISF Events and commit to fully abide by the policy and procedures.
我確認已閱讀並理解《參加弘立活動的一般政策》，並承諾完全遵守該政策和程序及以下主要的行為守則。

•	Participants agree not to take any photo(s) or record any video(s) during any ISF event(s) without ISF’s prior consent; 參與者同意在所有弘立活動中，不得在未經弘立事先同意的情況下拍照或錄影；

•

Participants agree not to publicize any content of ISF event(s), including but not limited to uploading any information (e.g. photos, videos and audio recordings) in whatever manner, to any social media platform(s) without ISF’s prior consent;
參與者同意未經弘立事先許可，不得公開弘立活動的任何內容，包括但不限於以任何方式上傳訊息（例如照片、視頻和錄音）至任何社交媒體平台；

•

All participants, if having access to or obtaining any sensitive or confidential information about ISF during an ISF event(s), shall hold that information strictly confidential and agree not to transmit, forward, disclose, convey, or communicate such information to any third party without the express consent of ISF; and
所有參與者，如在弘立活動中接觸或獲得任何有關弘立的敏感或機密資訊，應嚴格保密有關資訊，並同意在未經弘立表示許可的情況下，不得傳遞、轉載、透露、表達或交流此資訊至任何第三方；及

•	All participants shall comply with all rules and regulations imposed by ISF from time to time for such event(s). 所有參與者應遵守弘立不時對該等活動所訂立的所有守則。

All participants acknowledge that ISF expressly reserves the right to take legal action against any party who fails to observe any of the above rules and regulations.
所有參與者知悉弘立對未能遵守上述守則的人士明確保留採取法律行動的權利。

I affirm that I have read and understand the ISF Child Safeguarding and Protection Policy and Procedures and commit to fully abide by the policy and procedures with the key code of conduct below to protect the safety and well-being of ISF students:
我確認已閱讀並理解《弘立兒童安全與保護政策及程序》，並承諾完全遵守該政策和程序及以下主要的行為守則，以保障弘立學生的安全和福祉：

•	Avoid taking photographs or videos of students and staff unless permission is granted by the members of the ISF Leadership Group 除非獲得弘立領導團隊成員的許可，否則不得拍攝學生和教職員的照片或錄像。

•	Remain in the areas relevant to my visit 只准逗留在與到訪目的有關的範圍內

•	Use the toilet facilities designated for adults only 只准使用成人專用的洗手間

•	Do not engage with any ISF student alone and keep yourself visible to other members of school community 不能單獨與任何弘立學生接觸，並保持自己在學校其他社群成員的視線範圍

•	Use respectful language and be aware of own conduct 使用恰當的語言並注意個人行為

D) Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS) / 收集個人資料聲明（PICS）

I affirm that I have read and understood the content of the Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS). 本人確認已閲讀並明白個人資料收集聲明的內容。

The following statement is provided to comply with the requirements under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) ("the Ordinance") when visitors are required to access the Visitor Registration System. The personal data will be collected, processed, used and transferred by The ISF Academy and The ISF Pre-School (collectively "ISF") for the following purposes:
以下聲明是為了符合《個人資料（隱私）條例》( 第 486 章 )（「該條例」）中，有關訪客使用訪客登記系統的要求。弘立書院及弘立幼稚園（統稱為「弘立」）是基於以下目的收集、處理、使用或轉移閣下提供的個人資料:

1.	Registration for entry into ISF campus; 登記進入弘立校園；

2.	Facilitating communications with visitors; 與訪客進行溝通；

3.	Preventing the transmission of infectious and communicable diseases; 預防傳染病的傳播；

4.	Safeguarding the welfare and well-being of students 保障學生的福祉和健康；

5.	Ensure full compliance with applicable procedures, laws, regulations or court orders and requests by government, statutory, regulatory or law enforcement authority; and 確保遵守任何由政府、法定機構、監管或執法部門要求之適用程序、法律、規管或法院命令；及

6.	Other purposes directly relating to any of the above. 與上述任何一項直接相關的其他目的。

You are required to provide your personal data, other than those items indicated as optional. Failure to provide such data may lead to inability to process your registration to enter the ISF campus and/or maintain contact with you. ISF will keep your personal data confidential and only authorized staff members will have access to your personal data. ISF may disclose and transfer your personal data for the purpose mentioned above and to law enforcement agencies, government departments or regulatory authorities when authorized or required by law or to protect ISF’s rights or properties. Otherwise, the data may only be disclosed to parties where you have given consent to such disclosure or where such disclosure is allowed under the Ordinance. You have the right to request for access to and correction of your personal data held by ISF. Such requests should be directed to [email protected]. ISF is committed to protecting the security and accuracy of your personal data by taking reasonable precautions and steps to prevent the loss, misappropriation, unauthorized access or destruction of your data and ensure that all personal data held to be accurate, complete, correct and reliable for the intended use.
